Cinnamon Toast Cereal

In an effort to reduce packaging in our home, I decided to try to make my own breakfast cereal. This recipe is rather simple in that it is really just pie crust dough rolled out super thin, spread with melted butter, cinnamon and sugar, cut into tiny squares with a pizza cutter, and baked at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. That’s it. Here is the pie crust recipe I used, except I only used butter instead of coconut oil and I used only all-purpose flour because that is what I had on hand. For a quicker version, use store-bought pie crust.
